Hangar Dances

A shot of the whole band at the 7th Annual Hangar Dance

One of our specialties has been the annual Pitt Meadows “Hanger Dance”, where we play in an open air hangar at the Pitt Meadows Airport every summer. We dress up in our army best and pull out the old tunes from the 40’s for you to dance to. The acoustics in the large building make the sound that much better.

At one of our first Hangar Dances we had an unexpected and enthusiastic visitor — have a listen to what Willy (of Larry & Willy on JackFM) had to say about the event:

These Hangar Dance gigs were an annual event for eight years until 2010 when the event was put on hiatus. However, we’re pleased to say that in 2012 this annual event is returning — check out our events calendar for the details.

Love those Canadian wedge caps
