| Inspiration comes from many sources; but it was a Three Stooges short film, featuring the comedy troupe as a Dixieland trio, which inspired Len to pick up the trombone in junior high school. Since then, he has performed with many groups from Burnaby North Secondary, Douglas College and several community and church ensembles. Len studied trombone with Rob McLeod, Greg Cox and Doug Sparkes; and studied jazz with Lou Hilton, Janet Warren, Robin Shier, Blair Fisher and Patti Fletcher. His most memorable musical experience was a summer tour across the United States and Egypt with the Celebrant Singers. Len is married to Justina and and have a new son named Luke. ("Luke.....I am your father") They have a cat named Charlie, and three fish named Larry, Curly and Moe. |
